Jack McKeon came to storytelling through his many years of teaching English and Mythology in Africa, Israel and the U.S. He has told at storytelling festivals, folk festivals, arts fairs and schools throughout NY and NJ. He has told at the Hans Christian Andersen statue in Central Park, was a resident storyteller at the Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown, NJ and has taught workshops at Bergen Community College. Jack’s stories take you on a journey while exploring the connections between story and myth and psychology, the power of transformation, and experiences common to humanity throughout the world. His performances have delighted everyone, first grader to adult.
