Peninnah Schram tells us, “Our names carry many meanings and blessings in various traditions. Names can shape our lives and our personalities.” In this participatory workshop, we will explore sources, meanings, and connections to our various names – and how they have influenced us.

Peninnah is an internationally known storyteller, teacher, author, and recording artist, and a Professor Emerita of Speech and Drama at Stern College of Yeshiva University. She travels across the US and other countries presenting storytelling programs and workshops for all ages, and scholar/storyteller-in residence weekends.
