Ever wonder what the bizarre doings in fairy tales can tell us about ourselves and the world? In this workshop, Jack McKeon, newly christened the “executive coordinator” of the guild, will lead us in a discussion to explore how character and detail work to provide mythic, psychological, feminine and ecological meaning in one of the Grimms’ lesser known but most beautiful stories.
The New Jersey Storytelling Guild meets once a month, September through June, at the Vincent Building, to the right of the Union Congregational Church, 176 Cooper Ave., Upper Montclair NJ. For information and details, please call: 201-836-8209
